Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers
 - Provide accurate information about products and services
 - Assist with order processing, billing, and account updates
 - Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
 - Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
 
Working Hours
- Part time, 20–25 hours per week
 - Flexible shifts: morning, afternoon, or evening
 - Weekend availability preferred
